How does it work?
- Download the app.
- Download the app in the app store.
- Link your reservation to the My environment of the app.
- Link your reservation to the My environment of the app.

Open your door with the app
Have you booked a chalet, a comfort pitch with private sanitary facilities, a VIP motorhome pitch or a hotel room? From now on you can open the door with the Strandpark De Zeeuwse Kust app on your phone!
How does it work?
- Download the app.
- Download the app in the app store.
- Link your reservation with the 'My environment' of the app.
- Log in with (the e-mail address known to us) and your zip code.
- Select 'Access' at the bottom and use your phone to open the door of your holiday accommodation.
- If your accommodation is equipped with a 'digital' door lock, you can use the digital key. It says access at the bottom of the screen. Click here.
- Press the key on your screen
- The key to your accommodation becomes active when your stay is complete. When your stay is ready, it will say 'key active'.
- Open the door
- When the key is active, you can click on the key. Hold the digital key with the back against the lock and turn the lock. When the light flashes green you can open the door. Note: Location and Bluetooth must be active.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Why is my key not active?
- Your key may be inactive for a number of reasons. The most common reason is that your upcoming reservation is not yet active, so the accommodation is not yet clean. You are at the wrong accommodation. The reservation is not linked to the Strandpark De Zeeuwse Kust app or the password is incorrect to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact reception. Have your reservation number ready. Note: Location and Bluetooth must also be active.
- Can I use multiple phones for one accommodation/reservation?
- Yes, that is not a problem! You can log in on several telephones with the e-mail address and zip code to use the door lock.
- What accommodations does it work with?
- Chalets. Hotel rooms. Comfort pitches with private sanitary facilities. Camping pitches with VIP sanitary facilities.
